If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at info@nzcases.co.nz or click on our online customer service for assistance. We will promptly liaise with the logistics team to arrange for redelivery (additional delivery re-arrange fee may charge by NZ Couriers).
HOW TO RETURNS?
NZCases strives to make the return process as simple as possible. Non-customized orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please provide us with the order number and receipt, and ensure that the goods and packaging are intact and undamaged to qualify for a return. Contact us to send the returned item to the designated address. Please note that return shipping costs due to personal reasons will be borne by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable — even if the order qualified for free shipping and any payment processing fees are also non-refundable.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please follow the steps below so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
To process your claim, we require the following clear photos: * The damaged product (close-up and full view) * The original packaging, including any shipping labels * The product inside the packaging (if possible).
Once we receive the required photos, we will review them and may file a claim with the courier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
Without the requested photos, we are unable to process damage claims.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops after delivery, or intentional tampering is not covered. If the courier confirms responsibility, we will handle the claim on your behalf.

Brand products have brand after-sales service, other products have a 6-month warranty.
