Points

Earning Points

- Users can earn points when shopping on our platform. Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount, earning 1 point per NZ$1 spent (excluding shipping fees).

- If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted.

Redeeming Points

- Points can be redeemed for vouchers. We will launch more points redemption in the future.

- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other accounts.

- Some special products, promotional activities, or discounted items may not be eligible for point redemption. Please refer to the product page for details.

Points Validity

- Points do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
